Snowridge Wine shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from any Products purchased through this website or our retailer. Without limiting the foregoing, the maximum total liability of Snowridge Wine, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents or contractors shall be an amount equal to the replacement cost of the Product(s) you purchased from Snowridge Wine.
