This Snow Ridge Sauvignon Blanc was harvested from 5 acres of mature Niagara vines. Traditional notes of gooseberry and fresh tropical fruits are present on the palate of this wine.

WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES

The fruit harvested for this Sauvignon Blanc comes from 5 acres of mature Niagara vines that the Tregunno family has been farming for four generations. This Snow Ridge white wine shows traditional notes of tropical fruits, gooseberry and melon which is also present on the palate along with intense citrus flavours.
